These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Krato mobile application ("Service"). By accessing or using Krato, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

To use Krato, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Health Disclaimer

Krato is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. You use the Service at your own risk.

We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of workouts or recommendations within the app.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Krato offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you input into Krato (such as workouts and progress). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and design elements of Krato are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Krato available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krato is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We are not responsible for data loss due to device or system failures
• We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Krato after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
